Creating Sub-Users

You can use the same login for everyone scanning tickets.

Or, if you want to, you can create a "sub-user" within your Organization for each user that will be scanning tickets.

There are 2 Steps

  1. Create each sub-user
  2. Add each sub-user to your organization

First, create a sub-user

  1. Create a user on
  2. Go to
  3. Enter an email address and password for the new user
  4. Log out

Second, add the new sub-user to your account

  1. Log back in with your main Organizer account
  2. Click on 'Manage Events'
  3. Click on 'Ticket Scanning'
  4. Find the 'add sub-user' field and add the email address of the account you created above and click 'add sub-user'
