- Equipment rental will be billed after the event.
- Equipment should be returned in the same condition as it arrived at Client’s destination.
- Loss equipment will be charged at the replacement rate (starting at $50.00) plus shipping.
- Broken equipment will be charged at repair rate.
Client Rate Card for TA Event Staff
"Tickets sold" are tickets sold for which TA/Freshtix collect full-service charge per ticket. Tickets sold on-site and comp tickets are not included. The following is a calculation of how TA/Freshtix provide staff for events.

Note: For the above rates, it is 1 staff member for up to 8 hours. Additional staff for the next threshold. |
