*NOTE*

  • Equipment rental will be billed after the event.
  • Equipment should be returned in the same condition as it arrived at Client’s destination.
  • Loss equipment will be charged at the replacement rate (starting at $50.00) plus shipping.
  • Broken equipment will be charged at repair rate.

Client Rate Card for TA Event Staff

 

"Tickets sold" are tickets sold for which TA/Freshtix collect  full-service charge per ticket. Tickets sold on-site and comp tickets are not included.  The following is a calculation of how TA/Freshtix provide staff for events.

 

 

Driving Distance from 1206 Spring

Number of Staff/Tickets Sold in Advance

Less than 30 minutes

1 person for every 400 tickets sold

30 minutes to an hour

1 person for every 500 tickets sold

1 to 2-hour drive

1 person for every 1500 tickets sold

2 to 3 hour drive

1 person for every 2000 tickets sold

3 to 4-hour drive

1 person for every 2500 tickets sold

4 to 5-hour drive

1 person for every 3000 tickets sold

 

Note: For the above rates, it is 1 staff member for up to 8 hours. Additional staff for the next threshold.

Flight

1 person for every 3500 tickets sold

 The following rates apply if:

  • You (the event organizer) does not meet the goal for comp staff

  • You would like to hire additional staff.

  • You would like TA/Freshtix to staff the event even if ticket goal for comp staff is not met.

EMA/Event Manager A (1 to 4 staff)

responsible for successful entry into an event

EMB/Event Manager B (5+ staff)
