Here at Freshtix we have the ability to import tickets that were previously sold on a separate ticketing platform.
If you decide to use our platform in the middle of an event(s), the tickets that customers previously purchased can be importing to our site with the help of our team!
Once they are imported, if the customer calls in or sends an email for assistance we will be able to locate the order using the original confirmation number to avoid any confusion on the customers end.
The ticket will look like all the other tickets on our platform.
