Perform A Partial Refund

To perform a partial refund for part of an order, follow these simple steps.

1. Login to Freshtix.com
2. Click on 'Manage Events'
3. Click on 'Search Orders'
4. Find the order
5. Click on the + sign to expand the order details
6. If the ticket has been scanned, you'll need to 'un-scan' it first
7. Click the refund icon next to the appropriate ticket
