Retrieve My Tickets With Facebook

When you use your Facebook credentials to log in to Freshtix, your tickets are sent to the email address associated with your Facebook account.

If you created a Freshtix account using your Facebook credentials and haven't received your tickets via email yet, it is probably because you forgot which email address you originally signed up with for Facebook. Or, it's really old. Or, you no longer have access to it.

Have no fear. Freshtix is here.

To change the email address the tickets are sent to or resend your tickets, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Freshtix.com with your Facebook credentials again
  2. Click on 'My Account'
  3. Click on 'Edit Information'
  4. Add a password to be able to log in without Facebook
  5. Click 'Update Your Information' to save your changes
  6. Now you can update your email address and resend your tickets.

To resend your tickets: 

  1. Login to Freshtix.com
  2. Click on 'My Account'
  3. Find the order
  4. Click the envelope icon to resend your tickets to your new email address

From here, you can resend them via email (Resend)
