Ticket Scanning and Color Coding

You can choose the color the screen displays when scanning different types of tickets. This will help your scanning staff to spot different ticket types at the door. For example, you could use gold for VIP Admission and green for General Admission. (examples below)

How to Add Scan Colors

1. Login to Freshtix.com
2. Click on 'Manage Events'
3. Click on the name of your event to open the Dashboard
4. Click 'Edit Your Event'
5. Click the 'Online Tickets' tab on the left side of the screen. 
6. Click the gear under 'Actions' to expand price type settings
7. Click on 'Ticket Settings' to access 'Ticket Scan Color'
8. Enter the hex code or click on the color box to select your color
9. Save to keep changes
