Create a Will Call List for Specific Ticket Types

  1. Find the event
  2. Download a CSV version of the "My Organization Sales" report
  3. Open the CSV file
  4. Click 'Sort and Filter' so that a little drop-down appears at the top of each column
  5. Click the drop-down at the top of the 'Type' column (ticket type)
  6. Change the 'Filter By' drop down to 'Contains' and enter the names of the ticket type you need to create a list for
  7. Select and then hide the 'email' column
  8. Now highlight, copy and then paste the following columns into a new file/workbook - (File > New Workbook)
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Type
    4. Quantity
  9. Save the new file as a PDF (see example attached to this article)

EXPORT TO NEW WORKBOOK AND SAVE
