- Find the event
- Download a CSV version of the "My Organization Sales" report
- Open the CSV file
- Click 'Sort and Filter' so that a little drop-down appears at the top of each column
- Click the drop-down at the top of the 'Type' column (ticket type)
- Change the 'Filter By' drop down to 'Contains' and enter the names of the ticket type you need to create a list for
- Select and then hide the 'email' column
- Now highlight, copy and then paste the following columns into a new file/workbook - (File > New Workbook)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Type
- Quantity
- Save the new file as a PDF (see example attached to this article)

EXPORT TO NEW WORKBOOK AND SAVE
