iOS Troubleshooting the App - clearing the RAM

If you're getting an INVALID message when scanning tickets, try clearing the RAM on your iOS device (iPod, iPad or iPhone)

  1. Turn on the device and go to the home screen.
  2. Hold down the power button until the “slide to power off” option appears on the device’s display.
  3. DO NOT POWER OFF
  4. Release the power button and hold down the HOME button for roughly five seconds. 
  5. The screen will flash and you'll go back to your home screen

    And just like that — poof — the iPhone's memory, or RAM, is refreshed.
