If you're getting an INVALID message when scanning tickets, try clearing the RAM on your iOS device (iPod, iPad or iPhone)
- Turn on the device and go to the home screen.
- Hold down the power button until the “slide to power off” option appears on the device’s display.
- DO NOT POWER OFF
- Release the power button and hold down the HOME button for roughly five seconds.
- The screen will flash and you'll go back to your home screen
And just like that — poof — the iPhone's memory, or RAM, is refreshed.
