Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO)

There are two ways to create a 'Buy One, Get One Free' offer on the Freshtix ticketing platform.

1. Create a 50% off promo code
2. Create a price type that requires a minimum purchase of 2 tickets and a maximum purchase of 2 tickets.

Promo Code

To create a 50% off promo code (discount code), click on the 'promo code' section of your event dashboard and follow the instructions found here.

Price Type

To create a price type that requires a minimum purchase of 2 tickets and a maximum purchase of 2 tickets follow these simple steps:

1. create a price type that is half the price of your regular tickets. E.G. If you're tickets are normally $50, create a $25 ticket
2. Click the gear icon to show advanced settings
3. Set the minimum number of tickets that can be purchased to 2
4. Set the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased to 2

Now, your ticket buyers can select the discounted ticket but they must buy 2 at a time.
