Get rid of old school paper guest lists by entering all of your guests, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, artists etc. into the Freshtix platform.
That way, all of your attendees are in one place. Plus, you're able to easily see who entered the event and at what time. It also helps with keeping track of your overall attendance.
To add people to the system, follow these simple steps:
- Login to Freshtix
- Select your event
- Scroll down to 'Sell Tickets' on your dashboard
- Select 'Quick Sell'
- Select the appropriate ticket type and select a quantity
- Click on 'Cash Purchase' (it's a $zero dollar purchase so no cash is required)
- Enter the person's first and last name
- If you have their email address you can email them their ticket, otherwise, leave it blank.
- Click 'Purchase' to complete the 'sale'
