• Freshtix staff know how to safely and securely handle sensitive credit card information
• Freshtix regularly updates it's policies and procedures to keep up with with the PCI compliance requirements
• Freshtix uses an Address Verification System when processing credit cards to help cut down credit card fraud
• Freshtix screens transactions for fraud to help limit the number of chargebacks an Event Organizer might see (more info)
