No problem! If you're using our mobile ticket scanning app or a good old-fashioned printed list of attendees, you can find anyone and check them in.
On a laptop, tablet or PC you can click on 'Search Orders' and search for them by name, email address, phone number or confirmation number and check them in. Or, check them in from your event dashboard.
Within our mobile ticket scanning app, click on 'Manual Check In and search for the ticket holder by name. Then, click on-screen to check them in.
