If you are using our mobile app to check people in you will need an internet connection before you scan your first ticket to make sure you've downloaded all the attendees to your mobile devices.
If you lose your internet connection on site you can continue to scan but you'll need to reconnect later to upload the scanned barcodes and list of attendees back to the cloud.
