I have a question about a charge on my account

If you have a charge on your bank statement or credit card statement from Freshtix it is because you bought tickets or registered for an event that we handled.

The event organizer utilized our merchant account to collect payments.

If you have questions about a charge, we can look up your order and let you know what the charge was for. 

Or, you can look back through your emails for an email from us and that should help you too!
