Update my account information

You can make changes to your account information at any time.

Change My Password

1. Log in to Freshtix.com
2. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page
3. Click on the 'Change Password' link under Login Credentials
4. Now, you can change your email address and/or your password

Change My Email Address

Change My Billing Address

1. Log in to Freshtix.com
2. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page
3. Click on the 'Edit Address' link under Billing Address
4. Now, you can change your billing address
