Want to find an order? That's easy!
- Sign into www.freshtix.com
- Click on 'Manage Events'
- Click on 'Manage Orders' under 'Box Office'
- Search for an order or customer:
- By first and last name
- By email address
- By order number or confirmation number
- Their order information will appear on the right side of the screen like this. Just click on the +symbol to expand the order
- From here you can do 3 things
- Resend the customer their tickets
- Print their tickets
- Check them in
