Change my Facebook email address?

When you use your Facebook credentials to log in to Freshtix, your tickets are sent to the email address associated with your Facebook account.

If you created a Freshtix account using your Facebook credentials but haven't received your tickets yet, it is probably because you forgot the email address you originally signed up with for Facebook. Or, it's really old. Or, you no longer have access to it.

Have no fear. Freshtix is here.


To change the email the tickets are sent to, follow these steps:

  1. Login to with your Facebook credentials
  2. Click on 'My Account'
  3. Click on 'Edit Information'
  4. Add a password to be able to log in without Facebook
  5. Click 'Update Your Information' to save your changes
  6. Now you can update your email address and resend your tickets.


To resend your tickets: 

  1. Login to
  2. Click on 'My Account'

From here, you can resend them via email (Resend)
