PayPal Refunds

Some event Organizers choose to use their own PayPal account to collect payments for ticket sales and registrations.

The charge on your credit card account or bank statement will show up as 'PayPal Store <Organizer Name>' and NOT Freshtix.

Refunds can only be processed automatically within 60 days.

If you require a refund after 60 days have passed since you completed your purchase, you will need to request a refund from PayPal unless the event Organizer has initiated a refund for you.

Log In To Your PayPal Account

  1. Log in to PayPal with the same email address you used on Freshtix
  2. Click on the 'Help' button
  3. Click on the 'Resolution Center' link
  4. Find the transaction (look for the transaction date and amount)
    • The charge DOES NOT show up as Freshtix - it will show up as the name of the event Organizer.
  5. Follow the onscreen prompts to dispute the charge
