Hopefully, that means your event is sold out!
You can also increase capacity and make more tickets available for sale by following one or more of the steps below.
- Increase the capacity of the venue.
The venue capacity is the over-riding number of tickets that are available for sale. I.E. It doesn't matter how many tickets you create, you can only sell as many as the venue will hold. (more info) - Increase the number of tickets available.
If your venue capacity allows for more ticket sales, you can increase the number of tickets available for purchase.
