To look up a particular attendee, order or transaction sign into your account at Freshtix.com. Then click 'Manage Events' at the top of the screen. Next, click 'Search Orders' on the far left side of your screen.
You can search by
- email address
- order/confirmation number
- last 4 digits of the credit card used
- first name
- last name.
