Credit/Debit Card Sales - Quick Sell

  1. Login to
  2. Click on 'Manage Events'
  3. Click on 'Sell Tickets'
  4. Select your event
  5. Select a number of tickets
  6. Click the BLUE 'Charge Card' button
  7. Swipe the credit card
    1. Ask the customer for and enter the CVV2 code
    2. Ask the customer for and enter the billing zip code
    3. Collect an email address for the receipt/tickets (optional)
  8. Click 'Purchase' to complete the sale

- Collecting an email address is optional

- The zip code provided must match with what the bank has on file. If it doesn't the transaction will fail and you'll need to run it again with a different zip code.
