For those events that sell tickets on site and the patron immediately enters the event after making payment, we have a feature that automatically marks their ticket as scanned: Auto Ticket Scanning.
When this feature is enabled, any ticket sold via our Box Office Software will automatically be considered "ENTERED" in to the event and will show on your reports as having their ticket scanned.
You can turn this feature on by going to:
- Manage Events
- My Event Dashboard
- Edit My Event
- 'Settings'

To view a report to show your ticket scan times in 15-minute intervals, visit the Analytics section on your event dashboard.
