RFID-enabled devices can be used for loyalty programs. Consider an RFID-enabled membership card that rewards the holder after they 'check in' to a number of locations.
One idea for this would be within a festival. Every time a wristband holder checks into an area at a festival they are awarded some points. Points might be redeemable for festival merchandise.
At some festivals, there might be an area entirely sponsor supported. Wristband holders are rewarded with points for each interaction within the sponsor area (e.g. playing a game, sharing a photo or a video).
The points accumulated can be redeemed for festival merchandise (paid for by the sponsor) such as t-shirts, hats, koozies and more.
