Display a Different Date & Time On Your Ticket

To display a different date and time on your ticket than that of your event date and time, follow the steps below. This is especially useful if you have early entry for your VIP tickets or you have one event with Friday, Saturday and Sunday ticket types.

How To Display Different Date & Time

  1. Edit your event
  2. Click the 'gear' icon next to the applicable Price Type

    Add_Ticket_Date_Time.png
  3. Look for the "Date & Time to Print on Ticket" box to enter your date and time
  4. Save changes at the bottom of the page
  5. Click the 'preview' icon to confirm the correct date and time appear.

Note: if you have previewed this ticket recently, you may need to refresh your browser without cache to see the new date/time. To do so, press Shift + F5 on your keyboard.

Example of Different Display Date/Time

An example of this would be a festival that had a weekend pass as well as single-day tickets. e.g. a Friday ticket, a Saturday ticket, and a Sunday ticket.

If the festival starts at 8 PM (the time of the event) it will automatically pull in that start date/time for the weekend pass.

For the single day tickets, you can specify the date and time you want to appear on the ticket.
