To exchange tickets follow these steps:
Locate the order the customer would like to exchange, select the exchange button next to the printer
Once you select exchange, a new page will populate with the customers order information
Select the tickets you would like to exchange, then move on to the event they would like to exchange into
Then select the ticket type you are exchanging and ticket quantity
In the next and last step you will review the exchange for the order. At this time everything has to be an even exchange or you cannot complete the exchange
When you complete the exchange you will get a confirmation screen, the exchange will also show up when you locate the order in the system.
