The "Door Time" feature is here to let ticket buyers know when the doors / gates for the event will open.
Follow these steps to add this to your Freshtix event:
- Go to the Event Dashboard - select Edit Your Event
- From the General Information page, scroll down until you see "Door Time" and "Door Label"
- From here you will set a time and name the label whatever you prefer.
