Sales Tax Exemptions for U.S. Organizers
If you are a U.S.-based organizer exempt from state, county, and/or local sales tax, you may qualify to have sales tax waived in jurisdictions where Freshtix facilitates the collection of sales tax.
Tax exemption rules vary by jurisdiction and event location. If your event takes place in a jurisdiction that has not implemented marketplace facilitator laws, Freshtix does not facilitate tax collection in that area, and you are responsible for understanding and managing any applicable tax obligations.
