Check people in on our website

There are 2 ways to check people in on

Either by order lookup or by using our Check In function (more on that here)

It is easy to check people in at your event.

  1. Login to
  2. Click on 'Manage Events'
  3. Click on 'Search Orders'
  4. Search for a customer:
    1. By first name and last name
    2. By email address
    3. By order number
  5. Find their order
  6. Click on the + sign to expand their order
  7. Click on the little scanning icon to check them in - scanning icon

You can also check people in with our Check In feature that you'll find in our event dashboard. (more on that here

  1. From your dashboard, click the 'Check In Online' button - check in online button
  2. Click on each attendee's name to check them in
  3. You can either check in everyone at once, or one at a time
