If you need to issue comp tickets (complimentary tickets) to your event, there are 2 ways to accomplish this:
- Give someone a promo code for 100% off their ticket - they order online with their promo code to receive a 100% discount (e.g. a free/complimentary ticket)
- Issue complimentary tickets via our 'Box Office' solution.
To issue tickets via our box office solution, you'll need to contact your account rep to have this feature turned on.
