It is easy to issue complimentary tickets (comp tickets) through our Box Office Solution.
- Login to Freshtix.com
- Make sure you can see the 'Sell Tickets' link. If not, contact us.
- Click on 'Sell Tickets'
- Select your event and then select 'Quick Sell'
- Select the number of tickets you wish to issue - (you may need to create a COMP TICKET type first. Learn more about that here)
- Enter the following information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address - enter the RECIPIENT'S email address, not your email address. This will send their tickets via email which they can bring to the event on their phone or on paper.
If you don’t know the recipient's email address and just want to “put them on the list” leave the email field blank. (the system will create a generic email address)
All Freshtix accounts are tied to an email address, so if you enter someone else's name and YOUR email address, all you've done is change the name on YOUR account. - Then click the 'Purchase With Cash' button
