Unable to Log In to the Scanner App

If you are unable to login to the scanning app on your mobile device, there are 2 things to check:

  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet
  2. If you are logging in as a sub-user, make sure each sub-user is a member of your organization (more information here)

Remember, you must be connected to the internet.
